Returns Policy

Should you not be 100% happy with the items you have purchased from us, due to sizing or coloration, not what you expected or you have simply changed your mind. You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt of item/s, providing they are returned to us in the original packaging and are in a re-saleable condition.  

  • We will not cover postage costs; we recommend sending items back via signed for or special delivery. 

  • The card you used to pay will be refunded within 14 days.

To return your items please follow these guidelines:

  • Contact Customer Services by sending an email to info@filthyrichonline.com to make us aware that you wish to return your order and the reasons why. 

  • Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. 

You should also place a copy of the dispatch note you received with your order into the parcel. 

  • Please note that WE DO NOT accept returns on pierced jewelry due to hygiene reasons. 

  • Once we have received and assessed the items to ensure they are in a re-saleable condition, your refund will be issued within 14 days. 

  • Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the returns policy remains the same. 

  • We will send out the replacement once we have and assessed the returned  item/s to ensure they are in a re-saleble condition. 

  • Once your exchange has been actioned we will notify you via email, and provide you with a new tracking number for your parcel. 

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Shipping

You can have your order delivered to any address in the US via USPS (confirmed signed for first class/recorded delivery)  

Orders placed should arrive in 4 - 6 business days (excluding processing and handling time).

We cannot specify a time of delivery, but we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: delivery lead times are extended over public holidays. Over public holidays, please refer to the estimated delivery dates provided in checkout. 

 

Cancelling Your Order

If after placing your order with us, you wish to cancel, please notify us within 24 hours.  This will ensure that items are not shipped, and we can refund your payment as soon as possible.

 

Faulty Items

From time to time we understand that during transit items can get damaged. 

Should you receive a damaged item or your item develops a manufacturing fault, please notify us as soon as possible, following the procedure outlined above.

We will happy to rectify the issue you have by offering a replacement item or a full refund should we deem the item to carry a manufacturers fault. 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
